How does service day work?
A technician comes to your location. Please have keys available, park on a flat accessible surface, allow about five feet of clearance, and keep lug locks or special tools ready. Weather may require rescheduling.
Can MyTireDoctor service Teslas?
Yes. We use the correct jack points and lift pucks for Teslas and other vehicles that require special lifting care.

What tire and wheel sizes can you handle?
We handle rims from 10 to 25 inches and tires up to 45 inches in diameter.
What wheel types can you service?
We service standard passenger-vehicle rims. Motorcycles, split-rims, and rims with rings are not supported.
How does TPMS service work?
TPMS relearn is included with every tire purchase. New sensors can be added when needed; most sensors last about 5 to 8 years.
Why buy tires in pairs?
Replacing tires in pairs helps keep traction balanced, improves safety, and reduces uneven wear or drivetrain strain.
What happens to my old tires?
Old tires are removed and recycled when you buy new tires from MyTireDoctor.
How does tire pricing work?
Pricing includes new tires, installation, road-force balancing, California sales tax, TPMS reset, and recycling fees.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe-supported financing options.
Is there a mobile service fee?
No. Mobile service is included with tire or TPMS purchases.
What is the refund or return policy?
Installed tires are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits. Other eligible cancellations may include a 15% restocking fee.
